- Monthly rate is guaranteed for three years. Other companies increase their rates every year. The entire system remains the property of Richmond Alarm Company for the initial contract term (36 months) then becomes the property of the purchaser.
These terms are standard for all alarm companies’ low priced systems, but others will conceal them
- Contract term is 36 months and is not cancelable during the initial term
- Contract renews automatically for successive one year terms unless cancellation is requested 30 days prior to any renewal date.
- Monthly payment must be by automatic charge to credit card or debit to bank account.
